Change Healthcare

Richmond, BC
Lead Architect: TAD
Type: Healthcare/Workspace
Year: 2020

Over two years, a four-phase project transformed 67,000 sq. ft., hosting 500 people. Phase one revamped the reception, marketing, and finance areas for 76 individuals, emphasizing an open, collaborative atmosphere with visible, brightly colored hubs. The second phase, accommodating 450 people, introduced a library, computer lab, and various meeting spaces across three zones. Throughout, identical workstations with low partitions optimize natural light. The renovation of McKesson's Richmond headquarters, part of a broader 80,000 sq. ft. office renewal, prioritized collaborative spaces for 70 open-office and 6 enclosed-office employees, alongside huddle and meeting rooms. The final phase repurposed ground floor space for CHC's distribution team, involving upgrades in mechanical, electrical, security, and AV systems.
